      1. Sign in
      2. Go to the Settings page (recognizable by the avatar with the gear)
      3. Click on Change password
      4. Fill out the fields
      5. Confirm by clicking Change password

      There, you will also be able to change your personal information such as your email.

    • You can check your progress by going to the ‘My Progress’ page (recognizable by the avatar with the gear). You will be able to see your performance by scrolling down to the graph and selecting the KPI and dates you want to analyze.

    • When your account is deleted all your data is soft deleted. After 30 days, the data gets hard deleted.

    • Every month, you will receive a number of recognitions to give to your colleagues. At the end of the month, the number of recognitions will be reset, so the recognitions that haven’t been given will be deleted. Make sure you give all the recognitions before the end of the month!

    • You can give recognitions by clicking on the blue button that says Recognition at the top of the page or on the floating button at the bottom of your screen. Once there:

      1. Add the colleague(s) you want to recognize
      2. Select a gif
      3. Write a personalized message
      4. Click on Give recognition
    • You can see the recognitions you have received in two different places:

      1. On the Overview of your personal account, scroll a little bit down.
      2. Go to the Recognitions page, just as if you were going to give a recognition. Scroll to the bottom. There you will be able to see the recognitions you have received and also the ones you have given.
    • You can earn points in 2 different ways: metrics and recognitions.

      Metric or KPI (key productivity indicator) points are based on your daily activity. They are based on the metrics that are pre-selected for your team. A certain number of points is given for every unit you achieve.

      Recognitions are given to you by Tradler.

    • Points from metrics get updated hourly, daily, weekly or quarterly, depending on the reporting system of the company you work with. Recognition points can be received anytime. For more information about this, you can e-mail us at support@tradler.co.

    • If your total amount of points is not correct, please e-mail us at support@tradler.co. You can also take a look at your latest achievements, scrolling down on the overview page, to see if you are missing something.

    • In that case, please e-mail us at support@tradler.co.

    • You will see that the number of points is shortened to the following format: 10K. This means that you have 10.000 points. When you have 10.100 points you will see 10,1K and so on.

    • No, there is no expiration date of your earned points.

    • You can see the list of gifts when you log in and then go to Gifts. We are working very hard to add as many options as possible. If you have any suggestions let us know!

      3. Check if you have enough points to make the purchase
      4. Click on Order and follow the instructions
    • You can see how many points each gift costs by logging in and going to the Gifts page. On each gift, you can see the number of points you need to buy it.

    • There is no time limit for your order, however, the vouchers or gift cards do have a specific expiration date which will be shared with you in the confirmation email. After the confirmation email, you will receive another email with the gift card code and pin, if needed. If you can’t find the email, please check your spam folder. If you can’t see it there either, contact us at support@tradler.co.

    • Every time you log in to the platform you will see a question popping up. These are the engagement questions and they will keep popping up until you answer it. You will see that the questions change over time.

      1. You will receive an email notification that your order is being processed. Within 24 hours you will receive a second email that contains your voucher code and instructions.
      2. Additionally, you can find all of your orders including the voucher codes at the bottom of the Gifts page.
